Organizations

PCK is governed by a ten-person Board of Directors, which includes seven members elected to three-year terms, two staff/teacher representatives, and the school director.

The Foundation at PCK is the official fundraising arm of the school. The vision of the Foundation is to create a tradition in fundraising that compliments our culture of academic excellence at PCK. The high quality education PCK provides cannot be achieved from the operating budget alone. It is essential for the Foundation to raise additional funds each year for the many school-wide needs that are not covered by our general operating budget.

The School Advisory Committee (SAC) is responsible for:

• The academic accountability process of PCK;

• The Unified Improvement Plan (UIP);

• The annual parent survey.

The PTA of PCK is a parent-run organization that incorporates parents into school-wide community events.
