Express Check-in

The Express Check-In process has two sections. The first section is mandatory and needs to be completed for each student in your family

The second section contains important links that may apply to your family.

PCK does share basic contact information, including names, e-mail, phone, and addresses, only within the PCK community and with specific PCK vendors such as Directory Spot, Way to Go Schoolpool, and Van Gogh Photography.

Section One - Mandatory

Step 1 - Express Check-in

Step 2 - Pay School Fees

All school fees are due at the time of registration. Please use the button below to create a MySchoolBucks account if you do not already have one, and/or pay your school fees.

You may view the annual class fee schedule by grade here

If you are registering a kindergartener or a new student please use these instructions to ensure all your students are added to your parent account. If other financial arrangements are needed, please contact the PCK Finance Director, Heather Chapman.

Note: We are currently aware of potential issues with posting of required and optional fees in the MySchoolBucks system. We are currently working with the vendor to expedite resolution of these issues. If you experience issues accessing fees or do not see any posted fees, please check the MySchoolBucks system to complete any outstanding fee payments. All families will receive notice from PCK once we are notified these issues have been resolved with MySchoolBucks.
Step 3 - Carpool Registration

All families must complete this form to drop off/ pick up their child from school. Our drop-off & pick-up process is called “Carpool". You must complete this form to be assigned a carpool window and get a sign. Anyone who picks up your child will need a sign.
Step 4 - Volunteer Registration

Volunteers must complete this yearly to volunteer at PCK. This volunteer application also links with our RAPTOR security system and will complete a background screening before you come to the building to volunteer. You will receive an email from RAPTOR when your application is approved.

Please note, that you will still need to bring your driver’s license the first time you check in at our front desk each new school year. Every year families must complete 20 hours of volunteer time per PCK policy.
Step 5 - Chromebook Use Agreement

Please read and review the Technology User Agreement with your student, and fill out the form at the bottom. You must fill out the form for each child attending PCK. It is a privilege to have laptops for our students. We teach students to use technology safely, appropriately, and with care, and students need to be physically and financially responsible for the care and handling of the hardware.
Step 6 - Champions After School Care

We are introducing Champions as part of this year’s Express Check-In process. As part of our ongoing commitment to providing a seamless and supportive experience for both students and staff beyond regular school hours, we are asking families to register their students for Champions.

To complete registration, please click the button below and sign up through Parker Core Knowledge. If this is your first time registering with Champions, you will need to create an account.

In partnership with Champions, we are pleased to offer our families a free registration code: FREEREG2526

Please note: A one-time registration fee of $50 will be charged the first time your student attends Champions.

Section Two

Lunch Program

PCK partners with Douglas County School District's Nutrition Services department to bring our students a hot lunch program. As part of the Colorado Proposition FF, all students enrolled in public schools will receive free lunch each day at school. There is no cost associated with this lunch program for our students here at PCK.

The DCSD lunch program does offer al-a-carte items for sale, including chips, cookies, ice cream, and more, which does cost money beyond the free lunch. You will be notified when these are available through our weekly newsletter.

At this time lunch menus haven't been posted, but by using the lunch button on the main page, you will be able to navigate to the lunch menus regularly.
Medical Release

If your student will need to take any medication at school, please complete the Medication Authorization Form, have it signed by your child’s physician, and return it to school. We must have a signed form on file before any medication can be administered at school, including over-the-counter medication such as Tylenol and Benadryl.
Directory Spot

All families have been automatically opted in to the directory. To opt-out please complete the Opt-Out form.
DCSD Code of Conduct

Please review the DCSD Code of Conduct.
Open House Schedule & Additional Materials

Save the date for our Open House on Thursday, August 7. This is your time to meet the teachers, see your student’s new classroom, drop off school supplies, and get your new carpool sign.

Students will learn their teacher assignments and middle school schedules via Infinite Campus the day of August 7.

Please come only during your assigned time window based on the first letter of your last name. This allows room for everyone to park and gives teachers a chance to greet all of their new students and parents.
