PCK Palooza & Auction

We are thrilled to introduce a brand-new signature event: PCK Palooza + Auction, an upbeat, interactive celebration that brings our community together for a night of fun and philanthropy. Guests will enjoy games like pickleball, corn hole, life-size pong, and pool, along with music from a live DJ, great food and drinks, and plenty of opportunities to connect—all while supporting the important mission of providing students with an academic advantage built on knowledge, skills, character & innovation.

What are we fundraising for?

Through personal and commercial donations, we are able to help support the school's mission to enhance the learning environment, promote educational excellence, and empower students to become critical thinkers, responsible citizens, and future leaders at PCK.

Events like PCK Palooza + Auction play a key role in making this possible. Funds raised from this event will help support future short-term and long-term goals including educational programming, staff support, campus improvements to the parking lot and other areas. Some of these goals multi-year initiatives, and this important early work ensures we move forward responsibly, sustainably, and in the best interest of our students and community.

How YOU can help!

Become a Sponsor!

-There are various sponsorship opportunities to choose from, each offering unique benefits, including recognition at the event, on our promotional materials, and in our event program. We would be grateful for any level of support you can provide. Included, you will find a sponsorship menu outlining the different sponsorship levels and benefits available. The deadline for sponsorship commitments is February 20, 2026, and we would love to include your business in our promotional materials leading up to the event.

Contact Local Businesses for Donations!

-We are seeking donations to help make our silent and live auctions a success. Your donation requests could include: gift baskets, gift cards or certificates, memberships or subscriptions, event tickets or experiences, products or services from your business, travel packages, lessons, collectible memorabilia (with certificates of authenticity), photography, etc. We are always looking for something new too! We kindly request that all donations be submitted by March 13, 2026.

Become a Grade Level Basket Volunteer!

-We need your creative touch to coordinate and assemble grade level auction baskets for our gala and auction in April. If you can spare a little time to help gather items or put baskets together, we'd love your support. We are looking for one or two coordinators per grade and would like all grade level parents to participate.

As a Grade Level Basket Coordinator you will be expected to:

- - Select a theme for your basket: Choose a fun and engaging theme for the grade level basket that will attract bidders.
  - Collect basket items: Coordinate with parents and the school community to gather donations for the basket. This may involve reaching out for specific items or suggestions based on the theme.
  - Track donations: Keep an organized list of items donated for the basket to ensure all contributions are accounted for and nothing is duplicated or used.
  - Assemble and decorate the basket: Organize and assemble the donated items into a visually appealing display, ensuring everything fits neatly and is well-presented.
  - Communicate with volunteers: Coordinate with other volunteers to ensure the basket is assembled on time and to make sure all necessary tasks are completed.
  - Submit basket: Make sure the completed basket is ready and delivered at the designated drop-off on time, adhering to all deadlines.
