| I am Kristi Resler and have worked with children for close to twenty years. I have held many different positions from preschool teacher, directing a Mom's Day Out program and, most recently, Regional Manager of multiple after-school care sites. I am very excited opening the new PCK Preschool/Jr. Kindergarten program. I grew up in Colorado but am new to Parker. I look forward to many years of learning together!

| My name is Amy McCluskie and this is my 10th year teaching preschool. I have a degree in Elementary Education from the University of Northern Colorado. I love being with the 3 and 4 year-olds as they are the happiest, funniest, and most eager to learn students I've ever worked with. It is hard to have a bad day with these kiddos! My husband, Derek, and I have been married for one year. We love to go on walks, work on our house, read lots of books and spend time with our families. Most of all, I love ice cream! I love being a part of your student's success. |

I am from outside of Houston, Texas! I moved here to Colorado about two and a half years ago after finishing my Bachelors at Northwestern Oklahoma State University. I love the beautiful scenery and fun atmosphere but am still getting used to the cold weather and snow. I recently finished my Masters in Elementary Curriculum and Instruction for Reading and Writing. I have taught private kindergarten at a La Petite in Aurora. Prior to that, I substituted with Cherry Creek Schools for several months. I absolutely love being around young children and hearing the hilarious things they have to say. I am very excited to be a part of the first Junior Kindergarten here at PCK!

I was born in San Diego, but moved to Oregon with my family when I was ten years old. From then on, I grew up in Klamath Falls, Oregon and went on to graduate from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing, and a Minor in Political Science. “Go Ducks!”
I met my husband, Mike, in college and upon graduation, we moved to Southern California where both of us had family. Two years ago, I decided to go back to school to earn my Multiple Subject (K-6) Elementary Teaching Credential at Chapman University in Irvine, California. I fell in love with teaching and have been active in a classroom ever since. I love teaching children something new every day and making the learning process fun! One of my goals as a teacher is to help students find their own “love of learning".

I am absolutely thrilled to be working with your children in our brand new PCK Preschool and Jr. Kindergarten!! I love children and particularly enjoy watching them grow not only physically but socially and academically as well. I am married to my husband of nearly 30 years and have three children, two of which are attending college. My youngest son is a 7th grade student here at Core. We have been a member of the Core family since he entered the 1st grade. I love the school and consider it to be “THE” premier K-8 school in Douglas County. I am anxious to make our new preschool as best as it can be and gain the same reputation! Let the fun and learning begin!! |
