PCKCS is governed by a nine-person operating council, which includes six members elected to two-year terms, two teacher representatives, and the School Director.

The Operating Council meets on the second Thursday of each month beginning in January 2010. All meetings begin at 6:30 P.M. If you would like an item slated on the agenda, please send your written request, along with a brief explanation of the issue to be discussed, to Rick Bellefeuille, c/o PCKCS OC, by the Friday before a scheduled meeting. All meeting material is kept as part of our permanent meeting records. Monthly meetings are open to the public and all are welcome and encouraged to attend.
