PTA Opportunities/Needs


The PTA is looking for . . . .

Energetic, outgoing families with plenty of PCK love, experience, knowledge who would like to serve as PCK Ambassadors who can reach out to new families and act as a resource for them. An informational meeting will be held in the coming weeks.

A few people who would be willing to chair a "Progressive Dinner" program for the PCK community.

Someone to serve as PTA Secretary for a two-year term following the end of this school year.

PTA Meeting

Needs: Technology for new building.

Fundraisers:

  • Butterbraids made $1,496 for spring sale

Future Fundraisers:

  • ABC Fundraiser 2011
  • Tool Box – Deliver 8/8-8/15
  • Sweatshirt Sales – Jen Kester
  • Used Uniform sale
  • Combine Sock Hop/Silent Auction?
  • Gold C Book?

Expenses:

  • Field Day Bouncy House - $500
  • Magnets/Cups Volunteer - $320
  • Science Camp - $170/student

GEM Night:

  • This year there will be a registration/open house all day on August 18th - incorporating registration, touring the building, meeting teachers and getting what was "back to school" info. There won’t be an actual Greet, Eat and Meet event.
