A big thank you to Village Inn for support of our PI Day celebration. Village Inn donated pies and gave out gift certificates. The next time you visit Village Inn, make sure to thank them from PCK!
Pi Day – March 14th – is an exciting day in the math world. A big thank you to all the parents who donated pies, served up yummy slices during lunch, and sold pies during afternoon carpool. We raised over $800 for the Math Department – money we use to run our math clubs and buy math supplies for teachers. A very special thank you to Patsy Stewart, who rallied the pies and the parents and stayed late to sell pies during carpool. The math department has decided to bestow upon her the title of “Pi Princess”. Thanks, Patsy!
Wow! The staff at PCK is being treated like royalty! Thank you to Tricia Calandra, Andrea Simmons, Allison Sabeh and a great crew who put together some wonderful staff appreciation events! Coffee, breakfast, lunch, gifts, etc. – thank you to everyone who helped with this week. The staff sure appreciates our wonderful parent volunteers!!
A special thank you to Jun and Rena Makino (Junz) for what will be a fabulous lunch tomorrow for staff appreciation week. Jun is so generous in his support of PCK – thank you.
